scapps is an independent consultancy. By this we mean that:

1. We do not accept commissions or finder's fees or any other form of compensation from vendors or their agents in return for or as a result of our work with other clients.

2. We will disclose any relationships or transactions that we have with vendors in which we receive compensation or any benefts that might be construed as compensation. These disclosures will protect the anonymity of the vendors and the confidentiality of any work we have done for them. Details may be available on request.

3. We have no biases toward the products or services of any vendor except whatever preferences we may have developed as a result of our knowledge of the vendors' products and services.
